Battle of Agincourt.

Last Friday all the children at Nelson Central took part in the Battle of Agincourt. The Battle of Agincourt was in 1415, between France and England. Room 13 think we recreated the battle with passion and fun. Click on the link below for a look at the photos.

During Creation time this afternoon we created origami cats. We needed to listen and follow instructions to make the cats head and then construct the rest of the body. All of our cats were different, unique and special.

Matua Mike

It is a sad day for room 13! We have to say goodbye to Matua Mike! Matua Mike is a student teacher who has been working with room 13 for 3 weeks. He helped us in the classroom in so many ways, from teaching us how to write poems to reading us many many stories. Farewell Matua Mike! Come back and see us sometime soon!
